Sorry for the random texts and Snapchats

These days work is tiresome. Then I drive home and the second shift starts. I feel like I'm running through my entire day, which then makes me feel like I'm running through my life. I guess in some ways I am. I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

Because I'm so tired when my son asks to watch "Super Why" on the iPad I oblige almost too eagerly. All is fine until he leaves the sanctuary of the PBS Kids app and ventures off to other videos and apps. Then I start getting confused texts from my friends and coworkers.

I explain quickly that Gardner has the iPad and must be texting. He loves talk to text and loves emojis. If you've been phantom texted by my toddler I'm sorry or you're welcome. You either are bothered that I text you or you thoroughly enjoyed being entertained by him.

My friend Brittany has been a "victim" a few times. Now she just tries to converse with him.

As you can see I totally threw my husband under the bus because I wasn't home, but let me be clear I'm also just as bad for not supervising him either.

If you've texted with me lately you could be Gardner's next target. You have been warned.  Oh and he Snapchats too... I have no control.
