Danielle is talking about burnout, specifically mommy burnout. This is a real thing. This doesn’t fall into the category of a mood disorders, but the antidote can be the same! That’s in the form of self-care.
Finding out what burnout looks like for you is the first step in creating a pathway for you to feel better. Once you identify your symptoms and what is causing your burnout you can take steps to delegate tasks to others, find ways to pare down your to-do list, and do something for yourself.
