Out of the mouth of babes last week came this gem from Gardner. He was standing at the coffee table in the front room and was working on a puzzle when he said to Jerry:
“Daddy, I need to complete the puzzle, so I can pass my test and then I’ll become a junior princess.”
There was obviously much laughter. Gardner watches the PBS Kids show "Super Why" and this was something that Princess Pea had said during one of the episodes. Obviously, this stuck with Gardner and he has repeated it a number of times since.
Jerry said, "When Gardner was born if I had to ask for one thing he would be in life it wouldn't a doctor or an athlete or a lawyer, it would be junior princess."
