It is difficult to express the emotions that I’ve felt knowing that tomorrow we go from a family of five to a family of six. With my pending induction tomorrow I have the opportunity to reflect on the last nine months and prepare as best as I can for another major change in our lives.
There is no one better than my third coparent
I have a unique situation at home. My husband and I built our house next to his parents’ house and in front of his brother’s. That means that I have a revolving door of inlaws coming in and out of my house on a daily basis. To some, this might make you cringe, but I actually embrace it wholeheartedly. I have some really fantastic inlaws.
A photo a day in the life
For the past 3 years I've embarked on a project to capture one photo a day as a way to remind me about how fast and slow life can sometimes be. Not every day is the same and not every day is special, but every day is one more day I get to look back on and cherish the memories big and small. The video below captures this past year from October 23, 2016 through October 22, 2017. I can't believe it's been another year and life has changed in the blink of an eye.
