Wardrobe Malfunction!

Back in September I agreed to speak at our first Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) meeting of the year for North Carolina. I've spoken a few times and as the President, I was especially excited to address the group about our goals for the year. Making "Happily Ever After" A Reality Despite Setbacks with Kristen Prescott: Part 2

Kristen Prescott, Senior Catering Manager at The Carolina Inn has a calm demeanor when it comes to dealing with wedding crises. Though they are not a frequent occurrence she is always prepared. She talked with me over lunch about how she deals with setbacks.

Having a great photographer can truly make a difference. Which leads me to the Spartan (again).

WE ARE SPARTANS!

Jerry, his friend Chris, and I all ran the Spartan Sprint last Saturday at the Smith Lake Recreation Area near Fort Bragg, Fayetteville. It was a tough 5.5 miles, but we triumphed! So now everyone's favorite part, my review of the race.
